Great location, tram access, city center proximity. Spacious apartment with a large balcony. Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Friendly staff, option to use pool, Jacuzzi, and sauna. Excellent breakfast, helpful tram service

Cannot find any fault.

The apartment for four was unlcean and not very well maintained. net curtains, bedding and pillows all needed a good wash, walls were dirty and scratched, living room wall had blood splattered on it and there was graffiti on the walls in the toilet! When we complained about the room, they had the nerve to blame us for the graffiti and threatened to charge us for it. Sockets with live wires were also hanging out of the walls! Hotel Staff were extremely rude and arrogant over all the hotel was very run down. we had two towels for 4 people to last 6 days and when we asked the staff for more towels they were very reluctant to give them to us. There was also ongoing building work around the hotel and some balconies looked onto a building site!

the hotel is very difficult to find - there are long term major roadworks around the hotel - the rooms are very basic

This aparthotel is conveniently located near the tram line, making it easy to explore the city centre or even head to the beach. the staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is quite good. Rooms come equipped with a small kitchenette and utensils, perfect for making some meals in. some rooms offer a nice view from their windows.

The elevators can be quite slow, so be prepared for a bit of a wait when heading up to your room.

The Hotel Staff was very friendly and helpful and the pool was great! Location was also very good, easy to get to and from the airport and the tram stop is literally outside the hotel and it takes 10mins to get to the city centre.

Carpets in the rooms were not great and the smell of cigarettes. Customers also need to empty the bins in the rooms...which was rather odd but not a big deal.

Staff deserve high praise - friendly and helpfull. Location on tram line excellant for city access. Car parking a bonus.

The hotel offers great value for money with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The rooms are equipped with a small kitchenette, which was incredibly convenient for preparing meals. The balcony in the room provided a lovely view of the surroundings, adding to the overall charm of the stay.

the welcoming was really bad, no access to the parking underground despite the fact that I was travelling with 3 kids.The room was very small and not confortable at all.

The tramway station is just in front of the facility.

As a residence, it might be normal but a daily cleaning would have much contribute the level of satisfaction of the customers.

The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a good shower. The Wi-Fi connection was also strong. The hotel is located near public transportation and a few good restaurants.

The cleanliness was disappointing. The carpet had noticeable stains and there were hairs on the bathroom floor. The noise from the street and other guests made it difficult to sleep at times. The breakfast offered was not worth the price, with limited food options and poor quality.

Good location close to transport. Staff were very nice, helpful and spoke a number of languages.

Room was quite basic, shower was broken and the parking was an absolute nightmare to get in and out of (near-impossible turn on a very steep slope).

Not so good because I book 1 room for 4 people and then I arrive they dont have my booking för 4 people just 2 and 2 and moore money its cost thats its not okey.. bad

The apartment was perfect for our needs! It was spacious, clean, and conveniently located near public transportation. The kitchen area had everything we needed, and we loved being able to make our own meals. Plus, the view from our room was stunning!

The location was a bit out of the way from the city center, but it wasn't a huge issue as public transportation was easily accessible. we found the nearby dining options to be a bit expensive.
